Territorial
Organisation
of Navarre, Aragón, La Rioja and Soria

Origins and history

The NARS Territorial Organisation was consolidated in 1974 when the first branch office opened in Zaragoza, marking the beginning of Bankinter's presence in the region. Its creation responded to the need to establish a structure closer to customers, keeping pace with the Bank's sustained growth.

Among the main promoters were Santos Otín and José Luis Estevez, who opened the first office. Subsequently, the project was promoted by Antonio Tierra and Antonio Berdiel, who laid the foundations for an organisation focused on the customer and territorial growth.

The Organisation is currently led by Yolanda Gella, who has held the position since 2022.
